This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes what you can't do when
using Helperly (the "Service"). It's part of, and incorporated into,
our Terms of Service.
Violating this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your
account.
- Don't create an account using false information, or create an account on behalf of a child.
- Don't access or attempt to access another user's account, family, or organization data without authorization.
- Don't attempt to circumvent authentication, multi-factor authentication, or passkey security, or otherwise probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our prior written permission.
- Don't share your login credentials, or use another person's account without permission.
- Don't post, upload, or enter content — including in kid profiles, schedule descriptions, event labels, notes, or org branding — that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that violates another person's privacy or rights.
- Don't use the public schedule sharing feature to publish false, misleading, or harmful information, or information you don't have the right to share.
- Don't upload malicious files (including via org logo uploads) or content containing malware.
- Don't use Helperly to collect or harvest information about other users, including children's information, beyond what the Service's normal features are designed to show you.
- Don't scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service in a way that could disrupt it or impose an unreasonable load, or that circumvents rate limits or access controls.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
- Don't interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' ability to use it — including through denial-of-service attacks, spamming, or injecting malicious code.
- Don't use the Service's email or push notification features to send unsolicited communications unrelated to your own account's activities.
- Don't create an organization account for a studio, gym, or business you're not authorized to represent.
- Don't use fraudulent payment information, or attempt to circumvent billing, plan limits, or trial terms.
- Don't resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties outside the intended use of your plan.
You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws,
including laws related to data privacy, children's information, and
consumer protection.
If we become aware of a violation of this Policy, we may remove
content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the responsible
account, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the
issue. Investigating a report may involve an authorized Helperly
administrator temporarily viewing the Service as the reported account
sees it (see our Privacy Policy
for how that access is logged and restricted). We may also report
unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
If you believe someone is violating this Policy — including content
involving a child that concerns you — please contact us at
legal@helperly.app
or
support@helperly.app.
We take these reports seriously and will look into them promptly.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make a material
change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use
the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated
Policy.
